FAQs

How do I enroll my child?

Begin by submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour. After speaking with an enrollment specialist and confirming availability, families complete the application, submit the registration payment, and receive a welcome email with the child’s transition and start dates.

No. Placement depends on classroom availability, the child’s age, and the completion of all enrollment requirements.

CCLA offers convenient drop-in care for families who only need childcare on select days, and the full enrollment process is not required. Please note that using drop-in care does not automatically place your child on the waiting list; families must complete the regular enrollment steps to be added.

Registration fees are $50 and are nonrefundable.

Families need:

  • Immunization record
  • Registration fee
  • Completed application

After submission, families will receive a welcome letter.

Yes. Families receiving childcare assistance should speak with our enrollment team about provider approval, award letters, copayments, and any remaining tuition balance.

Teachers use ongoing assessments, observations, and developmental information to identify each child’s strengths, needs, and learning progress. Instruction and activities are adjusted to support each child’s individual needs.

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are served daily. Families should notify the school of allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical needs. Children may also bring lunch from home if they prefer.

Families receive updates about daily activities, meals, rest, classroom learning, development, and important announcements through Procare and the Remind app.

Teachers use assessments, individualized instruction, developmental observations, and family communication to support every child. Additional support is discussed when needed.

CCLA has an open-door policy for currently enrolled families. Parents may visit according to school policies and safety procedures. Tours and scheduled meetings help minimize classroom disruptions while encouraging family involvement.

Required items vary by age and may include:

  • Diapers
  • Wipes
  • Extra clothing
  • Bottles
  • Bedding
  • Classroom supplies

Families receive a complete supply list before the child’s start date.

A transition day allows children to become familiar with their classroom, teachers, routines, and environment before beginning their regular schedule.

Children showing signs of illness may need to stay home or be picked up to help protect the health of other children and staff. Families receive detailed health and exclusion guidelines during enrollment.
